Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your data

Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, company number 120385, is the data controller for our casino and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. The company belongs to The Rank Group Plc, and its Data Protection Officer handles any question about how we use your information.

What we collect

When you join, we ask for details such as your name, username, date of birth, address, phone number and email. We also hold records of your deposits, withdrawals and play, and information about the device you use, including your IP address, browser and approximate location. Calls with our support teams may be recorded.

Checks with outside companies

To meet our legal duties on age, identity, money laundering and affordability, we check your details with specialist providers and credit reference agencies. These searches can leave a soft footprint on your credit file that other lenders cannot see, and they do not change your credit score. If you self-exclude through Gamstop, we receive a notice and use it only to apply that exclusion. We also take part in GamProtect, which shares information about people at high risk of gambling harm between participating operators.

How we use it

We use your data to run your account, take payments, keep play fair, prevent fraud and support safer gambling. We also use it to tailor what you see on our site and to understand how our service is used so that we can improve it.

Marketing

We may send you news about similar products by email, phone, SMS or post, and we show adverts on our own and partner channels. Offers from other Rank Group companies are sent only with your consent. You can change your preferences in My Account at any time, and we keep sending service messages about your account either way.

Sensitive information

If you tell us about your health or about difficulties with gambling, we use that only to give you the support you asked for or to point you to help. Information about nationality or ethnicity that appears in identity documents is used only where the law requires it.

Sharing

We share data with payment providers, game suppliers, IT and marketing partners and other Rank Group companies where it is needed. We may also share it with regulators, the police or the courts when the law requires it. Where a provider works outside the UK or Europe, we add legal safeguards such as standard data protection clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have mistakes corrected, object to some uses, ask for deletion in certain cases, or receive your data in a format you can take elsewhere. We aim to reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

How long we keep it

We stop using your data for marketing no later than two years after your last transaction. We normally keep account records for seven years after our relationship ends, and records about problem gambling or account closures may be kept for longer.

Children and security

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data, and we use artificial intelligence tools, including to detect fraud, under the same privacy rights.
