Terms and Conditions

Who provides our service

Lucky VIP is run by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, which belongs to The Rank Group Plc and carries Gibraltar company number 120385. For players in Great Britain, we hold a Gambling Commission licence under account number 57924. Our terms of use cover every visit to our casino, together with the rules of each game and each promotion.

Who can play

You must be at least 18, and old enough to gamble where you live, to open an account. You need to live in and play from a permitted jurisdiction, which means the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or Gibraltar. Each customer may hold one account with us, played with their own money for their own use. Anyone who is self-excluded, including through Gamstop, cannot open an account.

Checking who you are

We confirm your age and identity when you join, and we may ask for documents such as proof of identity, address or source of funds at any point. Until checks are complete, some parts of your account may be limited. Providing false details can lead to the account being closed.

Payments

Every payment method must be registered in your name. We do not offer credit and we do not take deposits by credit card. We never charge fees on withdrawals, although your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges. Withdrawals return to a method in your name, and we may need to complete checks before paying out.

Inactive accounts

An account becomes dormant when you have not logged in for 12 months. If there is money in it, we try to contact you at least 30 days before that happens. Logging in again reactivates the account, and we never deduct anything from a dormant balance.

Promotions

Each offer has its own terms, which sit alongside these general rules. Where the two differ, our general terms take priority. We can withdraw bonuses and related winnings where we find abuse of an offer, such as collusion or the use of several accounts.

Closing or suspending an account

You can close your account at any time by contacting Customer Services, and any real money balance is returned to you. We may limit, suspend or close an account, normally with notice, and immediately where the terms have been seriously broken or we suspect prohibited conduct. During an investigation, funds cannot be withdrawn.

Our responsibility

Gambling carries the risk of losing money as well as winning. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by our terms. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for faults in your own equipment or for events outside our control, and where a claim concerns a wager our liability is capped at the larger of the stake or £1,000.

Law and disputes

Our terms are written in English and are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, contact Customer Services first. Customers in Great Britain who are not satisfied with our final answer can take it to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service at no cost.
