Responsible Gambling
Playing safely
We want playing with us to stay fun. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose, never gamble to solve money problems, and take a break if play stops being enjoyable. Players must be 18 or over, and gambling under that age is an offence.
Signs to look out for
It may be time to get help if you spend more time or money than you can afford, find it hard to stop, chase losses, borrow or sell things to keep playing, hide your gambling from others, or feel anxious, guilty or low because of it. The more of these that sound familiar, the more likely it is that gambling has become a problem.
Deposit limits
In the cashier you can cap your net deposits per day, per week or per month. Net deposit means what you deposit minus what you withdraw. A gross deposit limit caps the total you can deposit over a day, a week or a month.
Session reminders
Game session reminders tell you how long you have been playing. You choose how often they appear, from every 15 minutes up to once an hour.
Take a Break
You can lock your Lucky VIP account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks. The break cannot be cancelled early, and your account opens again once the period ends.
Self-exclusion
For a longer pause, self-exclusion locks you out for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years, and it also covers the sister casinos and bingo sites run by our operator, Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited. When the period is over, you can ask Customer Support to reopen your account, and our Safer Gambling team will contact you within 3 working days with a short questionnaire to check that it is safe to do so.
Gamstop
Gamstop is a free national scheme that lets you exclude yourself from every online gambling company licensed in Great Britain. We are signed up to it and apply exclusions it sends us across our sites.
